Green Beans With Summer Savoury

Serves 4.



  1. Fry the garlic in the olive oil for a few minutes.
  2. Turn up the heat then add the green beans and the summer savoury; fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add the stock and simmer with a lid on for 10 minutes; the liquid should largely evapourate.
  4. Season to taste before serving.
