Pear And Chocolate Upside-Down Cake



  1. Preheat your oven to 180 C.
  2. Spread the golden syrup over the bottom of a flan dish.
  3. Place the pear slices radially in the flan dish.
  4. Mix all of the other ingredients together in a food processor.
  5. Pour over the pears and spread evenly, without disturbing your pear slices.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. While still warm, turn out, upside-down, onto a plate.
